The customer suffered severe drainage issues on this fairly recent new-build which made the garden area unusable. The driveway was a nice straightforward overlay in a new stone which is silver/blue in colour. The garden we ripped out and replaced with compacted type 1 (803) which is strong enough for foot traffic and aids permeability. A small section of artificial grass was laid to ensure very low maintenance.
