BasePro offers a full 20 year guarantee on all installations performed by our in-house team. BasePro will guarantee against:
- Stone migration
- UVÂ degradation
- Poor workmanship
- Cracking (on bases installed by BasePro)
- Colour change
Because the base is such an important part of the system, we can’t extend our guarantee to installations on pre-existing bases, or projects where the base has been installed by other companies. Please note that the guarantee is not transferrable.
